About TextOnTap

The concept behind TextOnTap was developed by Louise Jaggs (MCIPR) - a published writer, NUJ member and CIPR Accredited Practitioner who also has a strong background in sales and marketing. As the name suggests, TextOnTap is all about keeping communications flowing.

Established in February, 2001, TextOnTap specialises in pan-European business-to-business and business-to-consumer PR. Areas of expertise include education and skills; training and development; e-learning; broadcasting; leisure; IT and high-tech; e-business, professional services, creative media and franchising.

We measure success by what we achieve on behalf of our clients.  We also appreciate that time is a precious commodity for busy marketing professionals, so our no-nonsense approach means that - once objectives are identified and agreed - we can get on with the job at hand without the necessity for time consuming hand-holding.

To date, all our clients have come to us by word-of-mouth - having been recommended by existing or previous clients. Our strength is designing, implementing and evaluating effective PR campaigns which address business needs and objectives - and ensuring that these campaigns are successfully integrated with other marketing activity.


In order to achieve this we have built a strong core team and established external links with specialist associates working within various marketing disciplines. This enables the consultancy to work across the board to produce integrated PR programmes, run direct mail campaigns (including mailing list building and generation), organise all types of events, and arrange for the design and print of marketing materials.

This collaborative approach is not restricted to TextOnTap associates. If clients already have preferred suppliers, the consultancy will happily work alongside them to help ensure that all opportunities are maximised and best value is achieved.
